Here is my challenge creation.
This is an easel card which features
#221 Ribbon Hair Tilda at Magnolia-licious. She is part of the "You Are So Special" 2011 collection. The entire collection can be seen
HERE. She is sitting on
#517 Old Bench.
I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to place the bench.
Here is a side view.
I used 2 metal brad strips from Karen Foster to hold the ribbon and the easel in place. They were bright orange so I buffed off some of the color to tone them down a bit. Scrap Our Stash has challenged their readers to use a forgotten product or tool in their
'Dust It Off Challenge', so I decided to accept the challenge and use the brad strips I have had for several years.
Here is the easel part of the card.
Here are some close-ups of the image. Isn't she delightful with that sassy red hair and the bows? How about the pearl necklace and earrings? She looks like she is ready for a wedding. I really like her green shoes!
I like how the rose leaves turned out. I wanted them to have tips that were tinged with red and burgundy.
